We Started With a Simple Question

Back in 2019, I was working in corporate event planning and kept noticing the same problem. Companies wanted to send meaningful gifts to clients and partners, but everything felt either too generic or impossibly complicated. The options were either mass-produced arrangements that looked like they came from a supermarket, or boutique services with prices that made finance departments wince.

So we built Vandoria Tromeli around what actually mattered—working with businesses to create flower arrangements that reflected their relationships without the usual headaches. No pretentious consultations. No surprise fees appearing later. Just straightforward service that made sending corporate gifts feel less like a logistical nightmare and more like what it should be: a genuine gesture.

2019

Finding Our First Clients

Started with three law firms who needed reliable quarterly gifts for their referral partners. We learned quickly that consistency mattered more than complexity—they wanted the same quality every time without having to micromanage the details.

Expanding Beyond Local Offices

A tech company asked if we could handle gifts for their distributed team across Azerbaijan. That pushed us to develop better logistics and taught us how different regions had different expectations around corporate gestures. What works in Baku doesn't always translate elsewhere.

Building Real Supplier Relationships

Found growers who could meet our volume needs without sacrificing quality. This was harder than it sounds—most suppliers either couldn't scale or didn't understand that corporate clients need predictability. We spent months testing different partnerships before finding the right matches.
